GB-Colchester: Redevelopment of St Nicholas Square

Colchester Borough Council (the Council) wishes to commission a contractor to undertake the work covered by this Specification comprising the redevelopment of an existing site into a public realm. The site is located at the rear of St Nicholas House and adjacent to St Nicholas Street and Culver Street East. The works shall comprise of mechanical & Electrical; Installations, Reinforcement, Balustrade works a tree bench.
