ITS180022: Supply of ICT Resource (Temporary and Permanent)

DIS has previously benefitted from a multiple Supplier Framework Agreement for the supply of temporary and permanent IT resource. A review by the service of the different ways to recruit temporary and permanent ICT resource concluded that overall the framework model is the most appropriate for DIS, who currently spend approximately £3m per annum on the recruitment of external IT temporary staff.
