1-1054 One Network - short-term planning support

Highways England is looking to award a contract for the provision of services to deliver short term (less than 12 months) improvements to how we plan and coordinate our works; and to help us define our medium and long term plans to continue to improve this aspect of our delivery. Through this service we aim to realise in the order of £11m of efficiency savings in RIS2, plus significant non-cashable benefits, and develop the plan to achieve the total efficiency target for the Planning element of our One Network programme.
