Description
Hillingdon Council intends to initiate an Open competition for a new Multi- Lot Window & Door Replacement Programme to on board multiple contractors across three Lot Areas; North, Central and South of Hillingdon Borough, to complete the Window & Door Replacement programme from 2025/26 onward. The contract will be for 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2, making a maximum of 5 years. Works will be issued in phased packages within the relevant Lot/Area. Planned Form of contract: JCT MTC. All tender documents will be made available via the tender portal: https://supplierlive.proactisp2p.com
