GB-Shrewsbury: DONV 010 - Appointment of a Consultant Team to provide a Development Framework for the Riverside Development Area (RDA)

Shropshire Council is seeking to commission a suitably qualified and experienced consultant team with regeneration, development, planning, place making, economic and transport skills and expertise to produce a Strategic Development Framework (SDF) and action plan for the RDA. It is intended that this Framework will form the basis of an outline planning application for the RDA and will guide future development proposals therein.
