Description
The required resource is consultancy support to define the clinical model for the London Fast Track Surgical Hubs and accelerate delivery. This will support the establishment of the London hubs by September. This scope covers: - Providing operational management expertise and methodologies - Engaging key stakeholders - Acting as a conduit between clinical and operational working groups - Supporting the clinical and administrative priority setting, pathway design, and implementation - Identification and resolution of operational issues - Facilitation of working groups / workshops - Development of robust governance structures - Working as part of a blended team with NHSEI resources to deliver at pace during this accelerated phase of the programme The outputs of this work will be: - A standardised clinical model for the London Fast Track Surgical Hubs - Established London Fast Track Surgical Hubs across the region These outputs will support NHSEI London to rapidly deliver increased elective activity. The ultimate objective is to reduce the clinical harm to patients resulting from delayed elective treatment.
