Description
The employee assistance programme is offered as a benefit to all staff. We are seeking a service that can effectively deliver on all aspects of employee wellbeing including, but not limited to, structured counselling, financial and legal advice, support in managing change, support that enable employees to return to work. The EAP will deliver to more than one employer as we work in partnership with Luton Academies and Active Luton and therefore needs to provide separate output reports for those three employers.
