Stowmarket Health, Education and Leisure Facilities (SHELF) Heat Network

MSDC & BDC are looking to contract a supplier to be able to provide a feasibility study to evaluate the full potential for heat networks in study area for the short and long-term and how these may best be delivered. It should also be sufficient to enable the Client to complete the Economic Case within an HM Treasury compliant Outline Business Case. There is a budget for the works is £30,000.00.
