Description
The Advocacy Service Hub will support vulnerable individuals to: • live independently for longer in the community and ensure they are able to maximise their independence, choice and control and empower them to actively participate in the community • have easy access to information, advice and signposting to enable them to make decisions about their own care and support needs. The Advocacy Service Hub will comprise the following statutory advocacy functions: Element A - Independent Mental Health Advocacy Service Element B - Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy and Liberty Protection Safeguards (LPS) Relevant Person Representative (RPR) Element C - Care Act & Generic Advocacy Element D - Independent NHS Complaints Advocacy
