The Department for Education (DfE) supports schools in training and recruiting the teachers needed to deliver educational excellence. It recognises that the strengthening economy and growth in pupil numbers make the situation more challenging and that this is more acute in certain subjects (such as maths, physics and modern foreign languages in secondary schools or areas of the country. The DfE are looking to recruit international teachers to fill gaps within the domestic supply pipeline. The supplier will be required to deliver the following: • Collaborate with acclimatisation provider throughout delivery • Recruit, interview, place and support international teachers • Support schools through contract and employment setup • Support teachers post commencement of employment
