Description
South Derbyshire District Council (SDDC) has an existing Microsoft Enterprise Agreement, due to expire on 31 December 2018, providing licences and software assurance. SDDC is looking to award a contract for 3 years, to remain licenced for our current products but also to meet the requirements outlined in Specification in Annex B2 of Section B. Prospective suppliers are asked to recommend the most cost effective method for the SDDC to ensure the required licences remain in place. The items required for this procurement are as follows; • Provision of all Licences and software assurance • On-going account management and service reviews • Appropriate training and planning vouchers • Option to call off a Microsoft Effective Licence Position Audit during the contract • Option to add licences at any time during the contract of Microsoft products
