YouGov - Policy, user testing, communications for the NHS Test and Trace App

The services are to support the successful launch of the COVID-19 App. Services are to survey a representative sample of the UK to explore attitudes with regards to the App in depth, to assist an understanding of download drivers. There is also a segmentation of the population based on their willingness to download the App, providing information that should assist effectively prioritising messaging and advertising spend.
