Portal Monitoring

The project is to observe 5 locations to collect data. The objectives are: - Vehicle classification and turning movements at each location to obtain a clearer understanding of vehicle flows. - To determine the quantity of vehicles travelling through scanner and vehicles which bypass the scanner to assess compliance levels.
