Family Group Conferencing Service - Hammersmith and Fulham are seeking tender submissions for qualified and experienced Independent self employed Family Group Conference Coordinators. Independent Coordinators will be responsible for delivering timely Family Group Conferences from a variety of referral points across Hammersmith and Fulham's Children's Services. This may include but are not limited to; edge of care, Public Law Outline, Child in Need, Child Protection, step-down and to support closure.
