Contract for Community Enterprise Durham Project

This contract is for the appointment of an organisation to support the Council in the delivery of the Community Enterprise Durham Project. This countywide project will increase the number of community enterprises in County Durham and support them to grow and thrive by promoting entrepreneurialism. It will change the culture within communities by demonstrating the benefits of enterprise and supporting people to become enterprise ready; establish new enterprises and increase employment by expanding the reach and activities of the community enterprises. The Council is currently in the process of submitting an ERDF (European Regional Development Funds) application for the match funding to enable delivery of this Project
