Winter Maintenance Gritting Routes in South Cumbria 2019/20

Tender opportunity is advertised via the e-portal, The Chest:- https://www.the-chest.org.uk/ Cumbria County Council requires Contractors to carry out one or more specific gritting routes in South Lakeland and Barrow. The Services and the gritting routes are as described in the Specification. The Contractor will be responsible for providing the gritting services on the route(s) awarded as and when notified for the whole winter period (to 30th April 2020). Contractors can bid to supply the Services for any one or more of the routes. Only one supplier will be awarded a contract for each route. Not all of the routes may be awarded to external Contractors. All Clarification must go via the messages area on the Chest.
