Description
The aim of the research is to provide an understanding of the Trusted Helper population. Some customers require support to engage with us. Many customers find support they need through personal relationships, using friends/family members ('Trusted Helpers') as informal agents. We currently have little evidence on Trusted Helper experiences. We want to develop our insight to better understand this population (customer experience, skills & capabilities, needs, impacts) to inform our developing strategy and future business decisions, and our future support model and services. This will be achieved through telephone and face to face interviews with Trusted Helpers and those they help to understand their current experiences and what they might expect from the Trusted Helper service.
