The overhaul of the 2 no existing main auditorium AHUs to include new internal parts, VSDs, casing repairs, electrical rewiring, gas fired burners and replacement of associated BMS controls system as more particularly detailed in the Scope Contractors design is required for the BMS controls system and point count which is dependent on the mechanical and electrical equipment chosen by the contractor which meets the performance specification required.
