First Ark Group invited Employer's Agent and Principal Designer's to submit a Tender Return for the Watch Factory Phase 2 including advice and client duties in relation to the demolition of the 91 existing homes. The same practice was appointed for both the Employer's Agent and Principal Designer Role. End dates stated in this notice are estimates and are subject to change following program development.
