CPCA - Garden Villages holistic review aligned viability assessment & delivery strategy

CPCA is currently, as two separate workstreams, reviewing the long-term Housing and Infrastructure requirements for the Region; however, as there are some critical interdependencies between the two, such as location and economic impacts a holistic review is required to ensure an aligned viability assessment and delivery strategy is required.
