WHC - Lift Refurbishment - Sheltered Housing

The tender relates to the refurbishment of three lifts at sheltered housing schemes within the Borough of Welwyn Hatfield: a) Lot 1 - Barndicott House b) Lot 2 - Hardings c) Lot 3 - Hazel Grove Bidders may bid for the refurbishment of one, two or all three lifts. The contracts will be awarded to the bidder(s) that offer the most economically advantageous bid(s), taking into consideration any discounts offered for undertaking any more than one lot
