Description
Canterbury City Council for the purpose of this procurement process is undertaking a joint procurement exercise with Dover District Council. Canterbury City Council and Dover District Council wish to select and appoint a suitable supplier for the provision of Warden Call (Individual Hardwired Alarms & Dispersed Units - Lifeline) Testing, Maintenance Services & Repair. The contract(s) will be awarded to a single supplier who will enter into contract with each Council individually, based on the Tender submitted. The Contract is anticipated to commence 1 July 2020 and will continue for a period of 3 years (unless terminated early in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract), and may be extended for a period of up to 2 years subject to the satisfactory performance of the Services by the Contractor and at the Council's entire discretion. Any such extension shall be on the same terms and conditions of this Contract and shall be subject to mutual agreement in writing.
