Greater Manchester Skills for Growth Service Evaluation

GMCA procured an evaluation partner to undertake the evaluation of the ESF Skills for Growth Programme. The aim of the evaluation is to provide GMCA with an assessment of whether, and how, the Programme is achieving its outcomes and outputs. The evaluation of Skills for Growth will be expected to provide in-depth analysis of the interactions with the programme of procured providers, individuals, and businesses, focusing on evaluating the quality of outcomes that are achieved. The evaluation will play a primary role in generating learning from the Programme and evidencing both the successes and shortfalls of the Programme's design and delivery model. This opportunity was commissioned as a further competition/call off from the MCC TC645 Data Sciences Framework.
