Approved List for Plumbing and Heating Round 2

ENGIE on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Cuncil is opening round 2 for admission to its Approved List of Contractors to carry out ENGIE is seekign suitably qualied Contractors to carry out plumbing and heating works in domestic properties as follows: o Emergency hot water, replacement, repairs and installations. o Where a property has no Heating is a Category One hazard (Housing Act 2004) and the occupant is in a privately owned or rented property and has been identified as vulnerable. o Emergency Grants - For those who are unable to access other forms of assistance or commercial borrowing. Grants are available for home owners up to £8,000 to remove hazards which can have an immediate harm to the health of the occupant. o Works in Default - The Authority will carry out works where landlords have refused to carry out essential repairs to heating during winter, where a Landlords has failed to comply with a formal notice.
