Description
Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) represented by the British High Commission and British Deputy High Commission in India intends to set up Multi-Supplier Open Framework Agreements for Event Management and related services. This open framework agreement will be tendered for an initial period of 3 years with an option of a further 2 years extension. Suitable suppliers are invited to a virtual market engagement. FCDO in India anticipates that the initial framework agreement will operate for a period of 36 months, commencing on 1st December 2025. In accordance with the provisions for open frameworks under the Procurement Act 2023, the Authority reserves the right to re-open the framework in the third year and may award a subsequent framework agreement on substantially the same terms for a further period of up to 24 months.
