WC Refurbishment Works at Plumpton Primary School

This contract is for the WC refurbishment at Plumpton Primary School. Works comprise of stripping out existing fittings, replacing the existing flooring with vinyl flooring and provide anti-trip trims around sealed manholes where presented. The provider will also be required to replace existing emergency lighting with new LED emergency lighting (minimum IP65 Rated) replace existing mechanical extract fans where present and install new hand dryers throughout.
