Proactively provide detailed technical advice, guidance, and recommendations to businesses on the optimal solutions to reduce energy costs and increase use of renewables - connecting to existing / different funding and advice schemes. Proactively identify, recommend, and bring forward solutions for clusters of collocated businesses around potential shared solutions / shared benefit. Establish within Breckland a local version of a 'rent a roof' model (or equivalent scheme of subsidised / revenue raising solar investments) or alternative revenue renewable options. Identify solutions / investment options for specific industrial estates.
