Description
Appoint a multidisciplinary consultancy team to support with the design – a. Design (including Principal Designer duties) b. Obtaining statutory approvals (Planning and Building Control) c. Specification d. Contract Administration e. Cost Consultancy f. Quality Management The appointed Multidisciplinary Consultant will provide also professional services to support the delivery of a major works project, which will include all buildings within the Southbank Estate. The scope of the work will include the following (subject to survey and assessment): a. Concrete repairs b. Roof covering replacement c. Redecoration of all previously painted surfaces in communal areas (excluding Pakeman House, Stopher House, and Sumner Buildings, which was already undertaken in 2024) d. Landlord lighting e. Landlord power supplies e. Communal digital integrated reception system (IRS) f. Door entry/access control h. g. Lightning protection h. CCTV
