Stock Conditioning Surveys undertaken at the 2 Cambridge Street blocks on Anlaby Road in Hull

Kingston upon Hull City Council has appointed Mason Clark Associates Limited to undertake structural and stock condition surveys to Cambridge Street, Blocks 1 and 2 to obtain and produce detailed reports on the structural integrity, minimum lifespan and future works to improve the blocks to meet Net Carbon Zero and Decent Homes Standard. The opportunity was advertised from the Council’s Engineering and Professional Services Framework using the Direct award via rotation with Lot 7 Multi-disciplinary Team and Project Delivery. The Contract is to commence 5th August 2024, end date 22nd November 2024.
