Andrology Testing (Semen Analysis) Service for West Essex

This Notice is to confirm the award of the Andrology Testing (Semen Analysis) Service in West Essex to its incumbent provider Herts and Essex Fertility Centre. The Andrology Testing Service is for patients who have undergone a vasectomy and need to be seen by a local accredited service. The service also caters for semen analysis for couples who are starting to investigate fertility treatment. Due to their location, Herts and Essex Fertility Centre is the only provider who is able to meet the needs of the population of Harlow. The contract will be for 12 months, starting on 1st April 2021 and ending on 31st March 2022. The Hertfordshire & West Essex Integrated Care System (HWE ICS) will be reviewing these services as a system for services beyond 31st March 2022.
