Description
This procurement is to establish a Framework of suppliers that can produce and deliver skills training and consultancy support to York, North Yorkshire and East Riding (YNYER) based SME's and their employees. The established Framework of Specialist Skills Providers will allow the College quick access to a pre-selected, sustainable and reliable group of organisations who will offer high quality delivery for the Specialist Skills Support Programme (SSSP) and Business Scale Up Development Programme (BSUP). The skills training and consultancy support required for delivery falls into the below LOTs for this Tender: o LOT 1 - Consultancy Support and Advice to Improve HR Processes (SSSP Only) o LOT 2 - Accredited and/or Non-Accredited Bespoke Skills Training (SSSP Only) o LOT 3 - Accredited and/or Non-Accredited Bespoke Skills Training in Leadership & Management (BSUP Only) o LOT 4 - Leadership & Management Coaching/Consultancy (BSUP Only) o LOT 5 - Basic Skills Delivery (BSUP & SSSP) Each applicant will be required to identify which LOTs they are able to deliver. This can be only one, several or all of them. The SSSP and BSUP are part funded by the European Social Fund as part of the European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme 2014-2020
