The following companies awarded were: Lot No: 1 - Mental Health Accommodation - Birmingham Mind Lot No: 2 - Mental Health Floating Support - Anvil House T/A Reilly Guest House, Birmingham Mind, Swanswell Trust and Trident Reach the People Charity Lot No: 3 - Learning Disabilities Accommodation - Accord Housing Association, Friendship Care and Housing, Birmingham Rathbone Society, Sanctuary Housing Accommodation and Trident Reach the People Charity Lot No: 4 - Learning Disabilities Floating Support - Midland Mencap, Accord Housing Association, Friendship Care and Housing and Birmingham Rathbone Society Lot 5 - Physical Disabilities Floating Support - BID Services Lot 6 - HIV/TB Floating Support - Swanswell Trust In addition some of the services commissioned through this procurement process is eligible for match funding allocated via the European Social Fund. Additional performance monitoring requirements relating to this funding are required as a condition of contract.
