691 - Slot Die Coater

CPI is looking for a new piece of slot die coating equipment that will enable the upscale of coatings to GEN2 and demonstrate excellent uniformity. Due to our wide range of customers, we require something that can provide flexibility while ensuring setup times and dead volume waste are minimal. The coater must be a batch scale coater that can process flexible and rigid substrates. It must comprise of heated ink reservoir, head and substrate platen. The head must have the ability of automatic calibration and flexibility of substrate size. The User Requirement Specification is available at Appendix B
