Description
Tees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA)(the 'Contracting Authority'), part of the Tees Valley Combined Authority Group, have awarded a contract to Network Rail Infrastructure Limited for the development of a feasibility study for the decarbonisation of the rail network in the Tees Valley.
