Description
Norfolk County Council is seeking to buy services for the monitoring of the attendance of its Children in Care up to and including year 13 at schools, colleges, further education institutions, training providers, other specialist education provision and children's residential provision, plus the development, hosting, recording and monitoring of Electronic Personal Education Plans (e-PEPs) of its Children in Care and data analysis of both e-PEPs and Children in Care education attendance.
