Install a 1000metre hoggin perimeter path

This project seeks to create a 1500mm wide 'hoggin' path around the perimeter of the playing field (without edging), with 'spurs' connecting to the car park, playground and new skate park. The length of the path is estimated to be approximately 1000 metres in length.
