[London 23-001] ESF funded activity for young people who are NEET or are 16-18 and in non RPA compliant education in London LEP area

To procure the services of organisations to deliver activity to support individuals who are NEET on behalf of The Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills acting through the Skills Funding Agency (SFA) for delivery in London Local Enterprise Panel (LEP) area [Sub-titled Careers Guidance] Delivery of Careers Guidance to individuals who are NEET or 16 - 18 and in non RPA compliant education in the Local Enterprise Panel(LEP) area mentioned above, but split equally across four (4) sub areas, namely : Central; North & East; South and West with boroughs detailed in the Specification documents.
