NOTE: This notice was updated on 28 September 2023 for the following reason: The tender bid return has been updated to 16/10/23 at 17:00(The LLDC is seeking to appoint one tenant to occupy and operate and maintain the Timber Lodge café in the north of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and provide a café facility, toilet accommodation, outdoor seating, use of a private lawn and a flexible and divisible space for hospitality, meetings, community events, local/cultural programming, recreational and healthy living programmes and private hire. The LLDC objective is to appoint a supplier with significant experience of operating cafes with an ability to make the Timber Lodge café a popular destination for the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park as well as effectively running and managing the whole building including café, flexible space and toilet areas together.)
