Major Refurbishment of Slough Fire Station

The Authority is seeking Tender for a major refurbishment of Slough Fire Station, comprising: a. Refurbishment / conversion of Male WC & Showers to 4No individual WC & shower rooms. b. Refurbishment / conversion of existing accessible shower and circulation area to red wash shower and swim locker storage area. c. Refurbishment of kit room and installation of new geargrid lockers d. Refurbishment of locker room and installation of new lockers e. Erection of new stud partitioning walls to dormitories to form 9No individual bedrooms. f. Conversion of current lobby to new accessible WC and shower area, with new drainage connections. g. Refurbishment of offices. h. Conversion of drying room to cleanside laundry room. i. Removal of existing door to lobby and installation of new entrance door and window to office 1. j. Refurbishment / conversion of first floor WC to new WC and shower. k. Conversion of existing pole drop to WC. l. Refurbishment of first floor mess room and construction of partition walls to form new meeting room. m. Refurbishment of dirty side laundry room.
