One Web Phase 3

The University of Southampton is in the mid-stages of a digital transformation project, broadly following the GOV.UK model. OneWeb was approved as a concept in October 2017. Over the past year the Digital team at the University have been working to create a wider case and engagement at the University for the programme as well as Y1 delivery from April - August 2019 and Y2 delivery (so far) September 2019 - February 2020. We now require support to deliver the next phase of the programme (March to August 2020) and continue delivery and shorter discovery projects into phase 3. We also need to continue with the establishment of strategic governance and personnel changes required for continuation of delivery, and move to continuous delivery and business as usual.
