CAVUHB is looking to implement a contract for an Energy Monitoring and Targeting System with associated resources across its estate for the following reasons: To implement a more robust energy consumption and cost monitoring and invoice validation process including 3rd party tenant recharges. To provide greater accuracy for energy consumption and cost reporting and forecasting. Highlight areas and opportunities to reduce energy usage, cost and carbon emissions.
