Birch Avenue Care Home for People with Enhanced Dementia Needs

South Yorkshire Housing Association (SYHA) are inviting bids from a number of different organisations who are able to provide CQC registered nursing care to older people with enhanced dementia care needs. The service currently operates from 67 Birch Avenue which is in the Chapeltown area of Sheffield and provides long term accommodation for people with enhanced dementia care needs that meet NHS Continuing Healthcare Criteria. The service has been operational for a number of years and is currently delivered by a NHS Foundation Trust Provider. The home provides accommodation for 40 people.
