Mental Health Supported Accommodation

Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea seeks to engage with a suitably qualified service providers to provide accommodation,support and registered care to adults with Severe (and enduring) Mental Illness ("SMI"), who often have additional, needs such as substance/alcohol misuse, behavioral issues and a forensic history. This contract opportunity is being tendered in 2 Lots: >Lot 1 - South Cluster >Lot 2 - North Cluster Bidders can bid for 1 or more Lots however it is the Council's intention to award a separate bidder per Lot. These contract are for an initial period of 5 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years in 2 x 12 months' installments.
