Description
The Council will be seeking to establish a framework agreement with multiple suppliers to carry out traffic surveys to monitor changes to the transport network and to evaluate interventions to the network. It should be noted that there will be no guarantee of the volume or value of work let the framework. Any values given in this notice are four year estimate, based on previous spend.

The above dates relate to the first framework to been let under the open framework. The term of the first framework in the scheme will be 24 months from the service commencement date.
