Belfast Office LED Supply and installation 2020

This procurement is for installation of new LED lighting in our office located in Belfast. The National Lottery Community Fund has occupied the 2nd floor of Cromac Quay for the last 7 years. After a carrying out a recent property review and taking in to account our environmental impact within all our premises, we have calculated a cost saving of approx. £2,500 per annum by changing to a LED system. By upgrading the existing lighting provision with LED's, it will improve the energy efficiency for the remaining term of the lease and reduce on overall lighting costs. In addition, it will also bring the office inline with all our recent environmental changes to our new premises within the organisation.
