Description
The Department for Work and Pensions is looking to hire a research facility on a time and materials basis. The research will be varied, with a number of DWP projects utilising the lab over the course of the year. Lab space could be used for a number of different activities depending on the phase of the project. Possible activities could include: -- Usability and accessibility testing -- Interviews and focus groups The specific needs will vary by research session for each project, but the research lab should generally: -- Be fully accessible for those with physical and/or mental heath conditions or long term health conditions -- Have an observation room that can host at least 12 people with either a 1 way mirror or video and audio streamed from the research space -- Must be easily accessible by public transport and have parking nearby -- Must have the facility for participants to be video and audio recorded and files transferred securely to the researchers in MPEG format on the day of the research -- Must have unrestricted Wi-Fi -- Provide an internet access device (PC or laptop)
