Canterbury City Council is looking to create a select list of Bidders (12) to undertake Disabled Adaptations on behalf of DFG residents. The select list will be operated on a rotational basis. There will be a reserve list of 4 Bidders and these Bidders will be added to the select list if the number drops below 12. Typical adaptations include, but are not limited to, the installation of level access showers, access alterations (eg ramping, door widening), kitchen adaptations and the installation of specialist equipment (eg height adjustable baths, wash hand basins and wash dry toilets).Contractors will be provided with accurate technical drawings and specifications for requested works.
