Quotation request for consultancy support for the ETF to develop an organisational Theory of Change

The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) are seeking a supplier with strong credentials in supporting organisations to develop a theory of change that involve a diverse range of stakeholders in the process. The successful supplier must have demonstrable experience of managing and taking account of complexity, both in terms of working with complex organisations and/or representing the complex environments and systems that organisations work in. The supplier ideally has experience of system change approaches and have highly effective project management skills.
