BBC Audiences - Social Media Listening Services

Provision of a tool or a suite of tools for social listening that will provide the BBC with data about the audience and their online conversations from across the internet (online publishers, review sites, and social sites) in order to provide insights to creative, strategic, commissioning, research, publishing, media buying, and brand reputation teams. The contract value range for this tender is between GBP 300 000 - GBP 350 000. Initial contract period of 36 months with an option to extended for 2 further periods of 12 months.
