Barking Food School: Independent technical advice on food education

Counterculture was the only body who demonstrated the key skills required and was the only body willing to work with specific education specialists like Birmingham Metropolitan College. This initial research was successfully delivered, but resulted in further questions that need to be responded to in timely fashion in order to feed into the Markets Co-location Programme revised business case and cash flow model, which is being taken to P&R Committee in June 2021. It has only been a matter of months since the market was last approached, so it is not considered best use of resources to repeat this exercise to deliver such a tight brief.
